We understand that selecting the right fit when buying online can sometimes be challenging. We provide sizing charts and measurements to aid in this selection process. However, in the event that your purchase doesn't fit, below are our terms:
- We will happily accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Goods must be returned in original packaging with all the swing tags still attached in a new, unworn condition.
- An item which appears worn, damaged or missing swing tags and is not returned in the same condition it was sent out will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to the buyer.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange your item for another size, please reach out to email@example.com and we can walk you through the exchange process. Please note that you will need to pay for the item to be sent back to us.
Returns: The buyer will be responsible for all postage charges for returning the item to us. We strongly recommend the use of Registered Post for any returns. Hemy Socks cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.
